If you would like to return your demarkQ device, please send us an email at info@demarkq.com. We will then provide you the return location as well as other necessary details to return the device .

Please note that you will have to pay the delivery costs for returning the product. If you want to return your device because it is defective, please fill out the Product Warranty Form here so we can repair or replace your device as soon as possible.
