Right to know

Right to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights

For your protection, the customer service will need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request and will request additional details if necessary. If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person, please be prepared to provide proof, such as signed written permission, that you are authorized to submit a request on that person’s behalf.
