Our return policy 

We offer a 30-day return on all orders sold on DemarkQ.com. To initiate a return, please email customerservice@DemarkQ.com.​ All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned item(s) must be in good, working condition with no wear and tear. Customers can expect a refund within 5-10 business days of us receiving the product. The refund will be on the original form of payment and may take several days to appear on your statement.​Exceptions:​We can only process returns for products sold on DemarkQ.com.​Shipping fees are not refundable (if initially covered by us, they will be deducted from the return payment). We do not charge a restocking fee.​

Product support

DemarkQ takes great pride in ensuring that all our devices are always, effective and safe to use. Thanks to our high manufacturing standards, devices - POP, POW and WOW are covered by a limited Manufacturer’s Warranty period of one year (12 months). Please read the Manufacturer Warranty Terms at the end of the page and submit only completely filled in form. Please note that this form is eligible only if you receive a defective product.
